Financial Analyst
Job Description
 | Evaluate and measure the economic implication of different business
alternatives |
| Calculate business plans |
| Calculate costs/prices of various products |
| Interface with outside customers, suppliers, and other professionals |
| Assist CFO in administrative accounting issues |
| Organize financial support functions |
| Prepare and distribute financial reports |
| Perform special projects as required |
Requirements
| Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting |
| Minimum of 3 years experience in the financial field |
| Familiar with calculation of business plans |
| Strong PC skills including Excel, Powerpoint, Word |
| Working knowledge of investment calculation methods (net present value,
payback period, return on investment, etc.) |
| Knowledge of basic accounting entries/functions |
| Strong analytical and reasoning abilities |
| Excellent written and verbal communication skills |
| Excellent interpersonal skills |
| Willing to travel |
Research Analyst
Requirements
| Four plus years experience working in a fund-to-fund or hedge fund
environment |
| Modeling skills for risk analysis |
| Ability to recommend allocation of funds to various hedge fund portfolio
managers in a variety of markets |
| A Bachelors in Finance or Economics, CFA and/or MBA is a plus. |
